Mocha Mushroom Latte

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Om superfood mushroom blend

  • ½ scoop chocolate protein powder, Vega vegan

  • 1 Tsp. Dandy Blend, a coffee alternative

  • ¾ c milk alternative, coconut worked wonderfully

  • ¾ c. H2O (water)

 

Preparation:

  • Heat the water and coconut milk on medium-low.

  • Meanwhile, add all of the powder to the empty mug and stir with a spoon.

  • After several minutes, when the water is steaming, but not boiling, add the hot liquid to the mug and stir well for a few minutes to ensure all sediment has dissolved.

  • Multiply by the number of people you’re serving for more than one. Enjoy!
