    Those one-legged drills were eye-opening!

    Not feeling as bad as I thought I might. The good warm-down and stretching probably helped. And all praise to the almighty… compressions socks!!! #lifesavers

      I am with you on all of those things Kevin! Love compression socks and the drills will be easier and smoother next time; muscles have a great memory!
