Outstanding sushi combinations! There are so many specialty rolls here it could take hours to read through all of the descriptions. For this reason, I ordered the first thing that sounded good off of the first page. The Latin Heat Roll with smoked salmon, escolar, avocado, and cilantro was a hit. I also appreciate that it wasn’t a problem when I asked for no mayo. I stayed on the traditional side with rainbow roll (which, uniquely, had eel in it!) Yellowtail scallion was good, and a most delicious modified California Roll stuffed with octopus, and jalapeno instead of crab and cucumber and covered with a generous heap of roe. Very tasty sushi; the Kobe beef sliders on the other hand looked the prettier than they tasted. Each burger had a cute little quail egg on top, but don’t be duped; very dry and bland. Seriously though, would you go to an Italian restaurant and order chicken pot pie? Same concept with burger and Japanese I believe. Tank gets an honorable mention for having comfy outdoor seating area chairs. Thank you. This is less common than you know.
