Like our sabor-tooth-dodging ancestors, Nutritarians treat food as fuel. I am a long ridiculed Nutritarian because of how finicky and undefined my eating habits have always been from the perspective of servers, and others who dine with me. I’ve been referring to myself as “close to a vegetarian, but I eat meat sometimes.” That is contradictory and left most confused. Now I feel assured; this is one label that I am happy and proud to wear. I think I will identify myself as a Super Eater! Hopefully others can more comfortably understand, or better yet, join the movement! I figure the more demand we have for healthy, organic food the better quality we will get and food vendors/distributors will have to drop prices to compete in the market.
