Three month new japanese and thai restaurant. A clean, cool ambiance with a full table of employees enjoying a meal. I take that as a good sign. Tons of great salad and entree options with a plethora of vegetables. The California rolls were tightly rolled, thin on the perfectly sticky rice, and chok full of crab, avocado and cucumber. The wasabi was fresh with the perfect sinus zing. Also, I could smell the freshness of the seaweed before I even brought the roll to my mouth. Mmm. Unakyu roll could have had more eel; I could hardly even taste it. It is BYOB. I am excited to try the tofu soup and some of their specialty rolls next time I’m in Lincoln Park.
